Recommended Followup for Subsolid Pulmonary Nodules

· Ground Glass Opacity < 5 mm – no followup

· Ground Glass Opacity >5 mm or £10 mm followup in 3 to 6 months. If stable, followup annually at least to 3 years.

· Ground Glass Opacity >10 mm, followup in 3 to 6 months. If not resolved, resect.

· Any size Subsolid lesion with solid component, PET/CT followup by resection.

· Multiple subsolid lesions

- < 5 mm Ground Glass Opacity, at least 1 year followup

- > 5mm £ 10 mm Ground Glass opacities, followup at 3 to 6 months and then annually to that least three years.

- > 10 mm Ground Glass Opacities or lesion(s) with Subsolid Component, PET/CT with resection.
